Refunds & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, please write to our customer support team at info@asshmanaturals.com.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after your cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, have physical defects, or in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped.
An email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product must be sent within the stipulated time for us to process the request.

If you wish to return all or part of your order, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by writing to us at info@asshmanaturals.com.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, if the seal has been broken, or if the serial number has been tampered with.
Once the returned product is received, Asshma Naturals will inspect it to verify and validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued.
If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

If payment was made online, the refund will be processed to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request.

For COD orders, the refund will be made to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting the refund.
